We believe that all students have the potential to create meaningful, fulfilling lives for themselves when they have the right tools available to them, and we're passionate about providing students with the opportunity to build these resources. We, Future Leaders offers a range of exciting, engaging and transformational student school talks, workshops, digital resources, and teacher professional development programs, to enhance educational opportunities for students, ultimately helping students to reach their full potential!
Created by our founder and CEO Darian Brooker, an award-winning keynote speaker, educator and resilience expert, our material is packed full of unique, effective and simple tips and tricks that students can apply with ease. Students are bound to complete our programs feeling informed, inspired, and confident.

Rural School Resilience Tour
Prior to NSW Public Schools' budget cuts, schools, teachers and students were already doing it tough, particularly in rural and regional areas. Youth crime rates are high, school attendance and academic outcomes are low, staff turnover is high, opportunities for students are limited, and funding is being constantly slashed.

Over the past few years, I have been donating my time visiting schools to connect with students by hearing their stories and sharing mine. When students hear about how I transformed my life from poverty and foster care to being the director of a company that impacts thousands of lives, their general sense of hopelessness shifts into glimmers of hope, confidence and inspiration. Equally, when students are heard and taken seriously, they feel valued, and believe that taking positive actions for themselves can actually contribute positively to their future.

Whilst I can't fix the systemic issue, I can absolutely give students a voice and practical support to make a difference in their lives and community.
​
I am asking for donations to help me to:
1. Deliver more resilience talks and workshops to regional and remote schools.
2. Directly fund initiatives within regional and rural schools that support greater outcomes for their students (these initiatives would vary from school to school).
​
$5000 supports one rural/regional school by means of talks, workshops and direct donations to the school. I am aiming to support 5 x rural schools this year.
