Year 7-8 Study Mentoring

Service Description

We, Future Leaders is proud to offer a Year 7/8 Study Skills Mentoring workshop during the April school holidays at our Sutherland Shire campus in TAREN POINT. Students will: - learn how to set themselves up for success in stage 4 and beyond - develop strategies to best leverage their time - understand that effective study doesn't mean lots of study - set goals to achieve within the session and beyond - create a plan of action with support from our mentors - deepen their understanding of subject expectations and feel more confident entering their exams - learn how to master the skills required for exam success - learn what procrastination is, and how to beat it - understand the importance of managing wellbeing and organisation - learn new study strategies that they can utilise during the rest of their schooling experience Please bring: - drink bottle - some snacks To secure a space for your child, click 'book now' and follow the prompts, or contact 0401 097 290 for further information and booking.
